 This class is designed to cover every aspect of shooting the basketball. We will focus on 3 vital areas of shooting: shot mechanics, footwork and mental toughness. A player must graduate from this class to move forward in the Swarm Total Player development.
  • Shot Mechanics
    • To graduate, a player must be able to show consistent and confident shot mechanics.
  • Footwork
    • To graduate, a player must know the foundation of footwork that is used to build a "Total Player."
  • Mental
    • The most overlooked trait in shooting is mental toughness. We will have specific workouts that challenge and develop their minds so that they can be successful becoming a “Total Player.”
