HIVE SPORTS COMPLEX FACILITY USE CONDITIONS

By renting a court at the HIVE, you acknowledge that you and all of your associated participants:

• agree to observe and obey all rules, warnings, and oral instructions given by the representatives of the facility.
• agree that you will not use profanity and understand that using profanity or any type of physical confrontation or intimidation will result in your removal from the facility.
• understand that failure to show up at the reserved time is on you and you are still governed by the reservation made.  Further, staying beyond your reserved time is noT acceptable and will result in additional charges to you.
• understand and acknoldege that you are responsible for any and all damage to the facility as a result of your actions.
• further agree to assume full responsibility for personal injury to yourself and other participants utilizing this space and further release and discharge the renting facility for injury, loss or damage arising out of the renters use of, or presence in the contracted facility.
